More on Change, because it happens, right?

Change is a constant force in all levels of nature.  Nothing stays the same forever, that we know.  But what do we really know, since no one lives forever.  Thus said, we have no witness who can validate such a statement, yet we willingly accept the statement as fact.  Correct?

The paradox surfaces quickly when one examines the statements more thoroughly, using commonly accepted definitions of the key words; change and constant.

*  Change :  (from the Cambridge Dictionary)
  • US verb - become different
  • US noun - becoming different
  • UK verb - to become or make something different, or to exchange something for something else
  • UK noun - the process or result of making something different or becoming different
* Constant:  (from the Cambridge Dictionary)
  • US adjective - continuous, not changing or staying the same
  • UK adjective - frequent, staying the same
Aristotle (384-322 BC) the most well-known ancient Greek philosopher of all time, is credited with this quote, "Nature abhors a vacuum."  I'll add the unspoken part of that quote, "Thus we have change."  Whether it be in our natural or mental world, perhaps he was correct.

I proceed to plan how to accept the changes in my life, which may include considering the best way to manage those inevitable changes.  Hopefully I have developed useful skills along the way to deal with the unknown changes that surely lurk in the future.

Don't get me wrong, it still feels like chaos.  But, again, it is just change.
